Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our client portal.

1. General Agreement & Account Registration
   Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or have legal capacity under the laws of Bangladesh to enter into a binding contract to register an account or purchase services.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated. Providing false or fraudulent information may result in immediate suspension or termination of your services.

Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and API keys. HostingDokan is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

2. Service Plans & Activation
   Automated Provisioning: Most shared hosting and domain services are provisioned automatically upon successful payment confirmation through our billing system (WHMCS).

Resource Allocations: Each hosting plan comes with specified resource limits (storage, bandwidth, email accounts, databases). If your account exceeds these resources or negatively impacts server stability, we may request that you upgrade your plan or restrict resource usage.

3. Payments, Renewals & Billing
   Payment Methods: We accept payments through local mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), local and international bank cards, and approved online gateways.

Domain & Hosting Renewals: You are responsible for renewing your services and domain names before their expiration dates. HostingDokan is not responsible for domain losses, data deletions, or service disruptions caused by expired or unrenewed subscriptions.

Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing for domains, hosting plans, or add-ons at any time, which will apply to future renewals or new purchases.

4. Refund Policy
   Money-Back Guarantee: Eligible shared and WordPress hosting plans come with a standard money-back guarantee (typically within 7 to 30 days of initial purchase), unless stated otherwise on specific promotional plans.

Non-Refundable Items: Domain registrations, domain renewals, domain privacy protection, SSL certificates, Cloud VPS, dedicated servers, license fees (e.g., cPanel, Imunify360), and setup fees are strictly non-refundable once processed.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
   You agree not to use HostingDokan infrastructure to host, transmit, or link to any prohibited content or malicious activities, including but not limited to:

Hosting malware, spyware, viruses, trojans, or phishing scripts.

Operating unauthorized public file-sharing, illegal torrent indexing, or copyright-infringing media portals.

Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam), mass marketing without proper opt-in lists, or running email relay exploits.

Executing denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, brute-force scans, port scanning, or malicious network probing.

Hosting adult content, hate speech, illegal gambling, or content violating the laws of Bangladesh or international frameworks.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate service suspension or termination without refund.

6. Backups and Data Loss
   Client Responsibility: While we maintain automated server-side backups (such as daily/weekly backups) for disaster recovery and operational redundancy, you are solely responsible for maintaining independent, local copies of your website files, databases, and emails.

Liability: HostingDokan does not guarantee 100% data integrity or availability of backups and accepts no liability for data loss under any circumstance.

7. Uptime Guarantee & Maintenance
   Uptime Commitment: We strive to maintain a network and server uptime of 99.9% across our core hosting infrastructure.

Scheduled Maintenance: Routine maintenance, software updates, security patching, and emergency hardware repairs may require temporary service interruptions. We will attempt to notify clients in advance when feasible.

8. Domain Registration Terms
   Domain names registered through HostingDokan are subject to the rules and policies of the respective registries (e.g., .bd registry guidelines or international ICANN policies).

You warrant that registering a domain does not infringe upon the trademark or legal rights of any third party.

9. Limitation of Liability
   HostingDokan, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including loss of profits, data, revenue, or business interruption—arising from the use of or inability to use our services.
10. Modifications to Terms
    We reserve the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted directly on this page, and continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
